Leasing Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

As a Leasing Business Analyst, you will work as part of the Accounting / Finance Team to meet our company objective to accurately process revenue collections and route commission allocations. Ongoing analysis of accounts and communication of data to Sales and company principles

• Monitor and trend various revenue collections (cash, electronic and mobile)
• Process commission allocation payments to our lease vendor customers
• Monitor and trend credit card processing fees
• Create reports, analyze, and monitor established route metrics for laundry
• Report metrics to company principles on monthly basis
• Monitor and analyze revenue trends as payment system and equipment changes are made
• Assist Sales with account renewals and evaluation of new and renewal business
• Assist customers with payment questions
• Assist accounting / finance department as needed

Job requirements

• Candidate must be process and detail oriented with strong analytical skills. Strong MS Office Suite experience, primarily Word and Excel, and Microsoft accounting software.
• Minimum of two years experience in a business analyst role.
• Prior experience with credit card and mobile payment processing systems helpful
• Math and/or Accounting background important
• BS in Business Management or Finance
• Prior experience with accounting software Microsoft Business Central or other Microsoft accounting software
• Problem solving skills required
• Professional, positive manner; a team player
• Attention to detail and organized in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
