Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

• Strong desire to learn and develop technical skills.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced communication and customer service skills.
• Mechanically inclined
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Learn to interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Collaborate with experienced electricians on various projects.
• Safely use hand and power tools to complete tasks.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.

Educational/Certification Requirements:

• GED or High School Diploma.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing/Walking for prolonged periods on work sites
• Proficient use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and work at heights.
• Frequent reaching, bending, and stretching.
• Clear vision for detailed tasks and safety.
• Ability to hear instructions in potentially noisy environments.
• Good balance for work on elevated surfaces or in tight spaces.
• Physical stamina for extended work hours.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
