Join our Inside Sales Excellence Academy as an Account Manager or Product Specialist to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the United States.
What you’ll achieve
The Dell Inside Sales Excellence Academy is an accelerated training program for account managers and product specialists, working with business-to-business (B2B) account sets. You will learn about Dell culture and our portfolio of products in order to offer solutions and services to our customers. Throughout training, you will receive real-time performance feedback, mentoring, and build business acumen.
After thirteen weeks in the Inside Sales Academy Excellence training program, you will transition into either an Inside Sales Account Manager or Product Specialist role where you will build relationships and provide real-time solutions for our customers. Our team ensures every customer interaction is exceptional and tailored to meet the customer’s unique needs. You will be the driving force behind our high-level customer interaction, responsible for selling ground-breaking products by cultivating relationships as a trusted advisor.
Focus on building relationships and becoming a trusted technology advisor to our customers.
Utilize strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions.
- Analyze a multiple of market factors to both anticipate/identify customer problems/needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Effectively balance demands from multiple stakeholders both short-term and long-term priorities.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans that drive the attainment of critical business objectives.
- Receive regular coaching and mentoring sessions from senior representatives and company leadership to ensure continuous development.
- Participate in internal training including technical, industry, and market understanding to identify needs and trends to position Dell as a competitive solution.
Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (this is a recent graduate opportunity; therefore, graduation dates should range from December 2021- May 2023).
Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills (as evidenced by involvement on campus, school projects, or previous employment)
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales
Strong interest in technology, including computer hardware, software, & peripherals
