Frog Hollow Golf Club is currently seeking year-round golf caddies in Middletown, DE.

Whether you're a passionate golfer or looking to start a new and exciting career on the course, this position offers students the chance to work outdoors and interact with golfers from all over the world. Our team has implemented strict protocols to ensure the safety of both caddies and patrons, allowing you to focus on providing excellent customer service, building camaraderie, and managing the course effectively.

Ideal candidates from should have flexible schedules and be available to work full days, including weekends as required. Caddies have the potential to earn a substantial income based on their availability.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies:
Cheerfully interact with golfers and club visitors, offering top-notch customer service
Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Share knowledge about the course with golfers
Assist golfers in decision-making processes
Calculate yardage for golfers
Locate misplaced shots
Maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements:
Possess basic golf knowledge, enabling you to play or provide guidance to another golfer. Little to no professional golf experience is necessary.
Have an outgoing personality and prioritize customer satisfaction.
Be physically capable of carrying two bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while walking the course multiple times per day.
Candidates with previous experience in roles such as server, waiter, bartender, hospitality, customer service, golf retail, general retail, landscaping, sales, valet, firefighter, EMS personnel, or other outdoor or recreational positions will also be considered.
